There are many old people in our Club, will they manage to use it too?

MatchEnjoy is thought for any kind of user: from the most expert cybernaut to the less able with IT devices. Experience has showed us that the interest for (convenient) news has caused a will to learn, even in the most recidivist people. Anyways, it is possible to maintain a telephone booking point, which, using the management panel, offers the most reluctant members the chance to make a reservation.

Yes. We recommend it especially in the starting up phase, to pass gradually from a known mode to one digitalised. The use of the payment system integrated in MatchEnjoy can be activated anytime

Yes, but not for all products.

VIDEO RECORDING

Is the Video Recording service included in the booking service?

No, it is an extra service, which can be activated anytime.

One camera is enough on tennis, soccer, basketball (and similar) courts. However, you can install as many as you like. The number of videos will be equal to the number of cameras installed.

Yes, you can buy the video recording service only, but you will have to enter the recording request manually for every installed camera.

TOURNAMENTS MANAGEMENT

Is the Tournaments Management service included in the booking service?

No, it is an extra service, which can be activated anytime.

An unlimited number!

Yes, they are independent.
